DEGREASING DEPARTMENT
One Tank 6 1/2' long x 3' wide x 4' high
with a hoist capacity of 200 lbs.
Our Degreasing Department thoroughly cleans your parts before they are coated.

Masking to your specifications for both liquid and powder coating up to 500 degrees in our large ovens.

FINISHING DEPARTMENT
One Manual powder coating booth 10' wide
Two Manual powder coating booths 8' wide
Two Manual powder coating booths 5' wide
All booths are equipped with a PG-1 Gema Powder Unit

One liquid spray painting booth 8' wide
Equipped with Binks syphon and pressure cup guns. With both powder and liquid, we can spray smooth and textured finishes in a vast variety of colors to meet your needs.
